The Ordering Process
- Send a DM to one of my socials (twitter or instagram) OR email me at [email protected] ! Please use the template provided. If none of my slots are open, you will be added to the waitlist and notified when there is an opening.
- Once I have received your request, I will discuss any finer details with you regarding any additional fees, etc. I will then confirm a price with you, we can discuss alterations if needed.
- I will then send a PayPal invoice to you. Please pay upfront within 48 hours or the commission will be canceled.
- Refunds will only be allowed prior to me starting the commission, or if I am unable to complete said commission and must cancel. I will message you before I begin to work on your commission, and ask for you to confirm the start. If there is no cancellation message within 24 hours of my starting message I will begin. There will be no refunds once I start.
- Once paid, I will begin to work on the sketch. I will provide 1-3 “rough sketches” and show it to you for the first revision. Once approved, I will proceed to do a “final sketch.” Within these two phases you may request edits and check for things I need to fix.
- When the “final sketch” is approved, I will begin to lineart & color. Revisions & edits after this point will only be allowed with an additional fee.
- At any point during the process you may ask me for progress photos or updates and I will provide if I see fit. Please do so reasonably.
- Once the artwork is completed, I will email you a full resolution version of your artwork.

Terms of Service
If there are any issues regarding any of these terms, we may discuss and make alterations prior to payment.PAYMENT
- Prices are all listed in USD. Payment will only be made through PayPal.
- Commissions must be paid 100% upfront before any work is started. - An invoice will be sent once I approve your request. Payment will be done through said invoice.
- Full refunds will only be accepted if I am unable to complete your commission. Once paid and I begin working, refunds will not be allowed.

- It may take 1-5 weeks for completion of your commission.
- You may ask for updates along the way as you see fit.
- Once the piece is finished, you will receive a DIGITAL full-resolution image. Please note that this is not a physical product, and you will not receive any product through mail or shipping.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. I am therefore allowed to:
- Promote myself with it on any social media platform
- Post it/display it anywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
- Publish it (artbooks, profolios, etc.)The buyer is allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for non-commercial, personal use unless agreed otherwise. (post on any social media platforms, forums, profiles, etc.)
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork to promote themselves. Please include a mention or credit of me when posting. It’s very appreciated.
- Use the artwork on their youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for earnings. Credits or mention in the description is not required but highly appreciated.The following is considered copyright infringement
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making money off of it in any way.
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Removing my signature or watermark from the artwork
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
